I have a range of experience within the health and social care sector, i have over 10 years experience working in mental health, residential care, learning disability, autism, sopported living, shared housing and hospitals. I currently work as a specialist Recovery support.

I currently work as a Specialist Recovery support worker for Maison Moti limited and prior to that I was a Senior Support worker for Next step Support ltd where I was
instrumental in establishing two new services within the company.
I have excellent organisational skills; combining full time work with my studies,
I manage my time effectively using ‘‘to do’’ lists with deadline attached to each
task.
I build rapport quickly and easily with others. I have excellent communication
skills.
In my current role as Specialist Recovery support worker, I use my skills and
experience to empower my clients/ service users to reach their full potential
i.e., gain employment (paid or voluntary), return to full-time education, maintain
their tenancy, manage their finances etc; one of my passion in life is to see clients/service
users live as independent a life as possible by equipping them with the tool/and
independent living skills they need to achieve this.
